Good stay for a quick family trip

We had a nice time! The staff were super polite and super helpful. The room was a bit cramped since it didn't have a window, but it was perfect for our short stay. The location was decent, and we found a great little cafe nearby for breakfast. A limited dining options but still tasty. I'd recommend it for families!

Had a great time with the convenience of the metro just a minute away, making it super easy to explore. Loved the plush mini fridge in the room and the quick check-in process. The area was peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Totally felt like home!

We loved the large, sunlit Deluxe Queen Room and the convenience of having great parking for our car. The pool and spa made our stay even more relaxing. It would be nice to have a few coffee pods in the room, but overall, we can't wait to come back! ☀️

Solo Traveler Excellent but with a Price

The room was super clean and comfy and after a long day I appreciated the quick response from the staff when I asked for extra towels and they brought them within minutes. The breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh products I actually looked forward to each morning which is rare for hotel food.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.

I had a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed in a clean room, and the proximity to the metro station made it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and provided useful local tips. However, I did encounter some noise issues during the night, which affected my sleep.

Unfortunately, soundproofing issues were notable. external noise like birds chirping and internal disturbances from door slams made for an uneasy night's sleep. The room itself felt sparse, lacking any décor or warmth, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly, compromising privacy. I also encountered a musty smell that lingered, particularly in one room, which I found uninviting. On top of that, the absence of certain amenities, like a minibar and reliable WiFi, was disappointing and not as advertised. the TV channels were unreliable too. Cleanliness could be improved. a bit more attention to detail would go a long way. Overall, it provided the basics, but left much to be desired.
